Q. Aren't Council the experts, why ask the community?

Before deciding what cultural services the community needs in the future, Logan City Council wants to find out what cultural priorities and hopes are held by individuals, creative groups and businesses for Logan over the next 5 years and beyond.

Once input from the community has been received, an arts and cultural plan will be drafted for public comment, based on the input of Logan's community.

Public comment will help refine the plan. In this way, the resultant 2009-2013 arts and cultural plan for Logan City will be built on community input and will truly reflect the cultural aspirations of our community.
