Q. Who funded and wrote the draft Bicycle Strategy?

Following a successful grant application to the RTA by Wingecarribee Shire Council staff, Jamieson Foley Traffic and Transport Consultants were engaged to review the 1996 Bike Plan and identify priorities and rationale for future funding and construction of cycle facilities in Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale.

Consultants, Dick van den Dool and Warren Salomen, facilitated a stakeholder workshop, conducted extensive surveys from their bike saddles and wrote the draft document in consultation with Council staff.
