This is your opportunity to make Kensington and parts of West Kingsford safer for pedestrians.

Randwick City Council needs community help to develop a Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan (PAMP) for this area. A draft PAMP Plan was developed following community consultations earlier this year. Randwick Council is keen to find out if this draft Plan includes what residents want for pedestrian safety in Kensington and parts of West Kingsford.

Randwick Council wants a plan that will result in:

  • safe walking routes to shops, schools and other important local facilities
  • improved pedestrian access to bus stops
  • safe and accessible environments for pedestrians
  • reduced pedestrian accidents, by creating safe pedestrian facilities on busy roads and by reducing vehicle speeds.
