Penrith City Council’s Draft Management Plan has been developed after consultation with the community. Council is seeking further input on the Plan, with feedback due by Tuesday 10 June, 2008. There are three parts to the Plan: Part A ~ Strategic Overview, Part B ~ Operational Plan & Budget and Part C ~ Fees and Charges.
