4. If you haven’t used the Willoughby Leisure Centre in the past 12 months what were the reasons? e.g. it doesn’t offer the programs I am interested in, the cost is too high, I visit other venues that better suit my needs.

Lack of space for lap swimming & lack of a "no breastroke" lane as they have at North Sydney (to avoid being kicked).

Refer to my comments under topic 3. WLC would get much better patronage from lap swimmers if swimmers showed more manners and there was better management of lap swimming lanes. No breast stroke lanes and the attendants booting anyone who is clearly not doing laps from the lap lanes would be a good place to start.

lane cove has a 50 m outdoor pool.It is also open in the autumn and spring as well. Winter I head down to North Sydney but the parking is difficult.

Yoga classes at the bikram yoga centre.

Lane cove kids pool - went there this morning rather than willoughby as willoughby feels over full with the kids playing on top of people trying to swim. Mind you Lane Cove is getting awefully crowded now, even though they have 4 pools. Mind you I live in chatswood so it would be far better to go to the willoughby centre.

Kids Swimming needs to be cheaper. It is ridiculous paying $15-$20 a swim lesson for each child. This is a life saving skill they need to learn and it's not right that it is the same cost as an adult gym lesson.

far, far too busy. There are minimal lanes available at peak morning and evening times.

Lack of enforcement of lanes. People tend to spread out than stick to their lane. You get slow swimmers in the fast lane and it just ends up too frustrating for everyone.
