0Ban smoking in Chatswood CBD so that it can be enjoyed by everyone. Provide more outdoor cafes for people to sit. Perhaps a space like is provided in Lane Cove.

1Chatswood should not loose community health services from the Hercules Street Precinct. The council should do everything in its power to make sure that the servies stay there and are improved. This applies especially to mental health services. Chatswood used to have world class community mental health services. Over the years they have been allowed to be deminished and demantlled, moved to RNSH site. Approving a development application for a Mickey Mouse building which will not even touch the surfice of the demand for community mental health services is letting down the most vulnerable residents and their families/friends. Willoughby Council must find a way of keeping the hole of this area for community health services, have it redesigned to look great and to provide the services the community needs, in the case of mentally ill people services that focus on recovery such as prevention, strategies to minimise relapses, employment opportunities, rehabilitation, accommodation options and psychosocial therapies.

1I simply feel it's in bad taste to have skinned animals hanging in shop windows.
Vegetarian or not, this surely would raise hygiene questions. Opinion may change should we see animals which resemble pets in these windows, or do they keep them behind the counter...

1I agree especially regarding the sports facilities. Perhaps some more experience in the management roles at the leisure centre would assist greatly. The current team run it like a private gym and have a below average level of customer service and accessibility.

0Thank you for your comment.
We are always striving to improve our service at the centre including the employment of appropriately qualified swimming instructors, health club and support staff. We recently held a series of stakeholder meetings regarding the planning of future facility improvements for aquatics. Our feedback box at the centre is cleared and reviewed each day, with a response provided. All feedback is welcome.
