What is the most significant thing that Council can do to improve wharf and pontoon infrastructure on the Clarence between Yamba and Grafton?

Provide a wharf or pontoon structure next to each existing formal public boat ramp to assist in safe entry and egress of people and vessels to/from the River. These facilities also provide additional recreational and access benefits to the community. Good examples at Witonga Drive and Yamba Rd boat ramps in Yamba.
