What are your comments on the consultants report on the site and the recommendations it contains?

The report consistently says "However, as previously noted, the child care operator has already been advised that it will not be possible to continue to lease the facility following completion of a new child care centre in Yarralumla."
WHY?
I do not live in Curtin. I need child care somewhere between Weston and Civic - Curtin meets this admirably. Why does the government think that there can't be two child care centres in the same region? We are desperately short of child care places in the Weston/Woden area - I have been on 14 different waiting lists for months, and have only just got a place at Teddy Bears. My friends are in similar predicaments. Why can't we keep Teddy Bears if a centre opens in Yaralumla?
