The building heights look very restrictive especially in Moss Vale town centre, and particularly near the railway line. I'd like to see a little more flexibility here.

I disagree, I think the character of our centres should be preserved at all costs. If people want modern office blocks and towers open up out of town business parks for them

I like the idea of out of town business parks to encourage things like IT centres and back office functions. Perhaps office functions should be permitted in industrial areas becuasse a lot of industry has associated offices and this might attract more business to the region. If we are more flexible than other areas in outer sydney we will have better growth.

Think outside the square. The essential character of centres can be preserved while allowing for development that will generate economic activity. Look at the GPO in Sydney, heritage preserved but lots of activity and a major development. We need to think beyong preserving our centres as twee tea shops and antique dealers, we need to become a smart hub for business.
