I would like to be able to return CDs and DVDs (not just books) to another library in the north shore network. I do not agree that CDs and DVDs (not books) are likely to be damaged in transit. The CDs and DVDs should be able to be packed and transported so as to avoid damage. Most borrowers borrow this new technology, it's very inconvenient to have to make a special trip just for a CD/DVD.

The Preschoolers story times are always fantastic and especially great now that Artarmon library has 2 sessions.

I think the library is a fantastic service, almost as good as the garbage collection. It would be good if the branch libraries were open for more hours. Artarmon especially is always very busy when I go there. In fact Artarmon could do with extra staff as there is usually just one librarian who is run off her feet! The preschool story times are great too.

why oh why are Narremburn and Northbridge libraries only open when most people are at work? How about an evening? or all day Saturday?

The pre school story time at Artarmon and Chatswood are really great. The Artarmon sessions are generally very busy so another one would even be great!!!

I think that the branch library in Naremburn is excellent and Diana Revington is friendly, professional and helpful. Some of the other librarians that are rostered are not in the same class as Diana and are, in fact, a bit off-putting. The hours that Naremburn Library is open are too limited, it needs to be open more frequently. It is difficult to return books, CDs and DVDs when the building is closed. It needs an after hours return chute and the slot inside the building is too narrow for thicker books. The collection is quite good. I request books from within the WCC library system.

I am sure that the new library at Chatswood will be excellent. The old library was a place that I did not like to visit as it was too crowded. The temporary main library is more pleasant, but I have only been there twice since the move.I prefer to be able to walk to the library in Naremburn rather than have to take the bus or drive to Chatswood. My husband borrows many books, as well as DVDs, CDs and magazines.

Just want to say thank you for organizing the awesome activities:
Diorama craft (21st April) at Willoughby City Library
Lil's Critters Craft Activity at Artarmon Library (23rd April)
My kid Beatrice Wan loved them very much and enjoyed the activities.
Regards
Irene
