I think the service needs to be marketed to the car service places in Artarmon so they use it for transporting their customers from/to the train station. Perhaps add Artarmon Station onto the route. Perhaps council should sell advertising space inside the bus to the car service places to help cover costs and to make up for the service places not giving you a trip in their people movers.
