I use the 'my account' feature to see when books need returning. Also like to search the online catalogue for certain books. Always works well.

I use the catalogue, and book ordering through the catalogue frequently. It's a good service. HOWEVER, why not use email to let me know a book is available instead of snail mail?

I sometimes use the pages on the WCC website, but mostly I use the Shorelink Library Network Webcat to search for material in the Willoughby Library Group. I also renew items online and also request items on line to be collected from Naremburn. I rarely request items from other libraries within the network as I found that the books from Lane Cove and North Sydney, for example, are not as clean as 'our' books.
