Generally speaking exempt and complying development represents mediocrity. In a special visual and heritage area like Wingecarribee there should be no place for mediority. All development should be properly masterplanned.

"exempt and complying development" is a five page document see heading (43.1 Kb, pdf. )and

will effect town block use
