What are the Passenger numbers being served?
Nothing is "Free" a high frequency Bus Service has got to cost something - How Much?
How Much does that add to our rates?
Why can't the actual users of the service contribute? Is this because its illegal for Council to operate a Route Bus and charge for the service as per Ministry of Transport Laws?
Why can't each passenger drop a $2.00 coin (pensioners $1.00) in the can to keep the service viable?
Remember NO ONE gets a free ride!
