Funding for Horse Lanes
We need more funding for horse lanes as well as cycleways as an answer to the imminent Global Warming City Flooding catastrophe.
We suggest diverting Ocean Baths funding to this endeavour.

Horses are an important form of transport and also a very healthy activity.
Centenial Park in Sydney and other similar venues are important forms of recreation and tourism.
Newcastle with its lagre area of land not suitable for housing could support a large horse population.
Council could reduce its iron horse fleet and save big money in the Mangement plan. It would also reduce some of the 1.2m litres of Diesel used each year.
Smack the pony should also remember that when we had horses we had no Global warming threat and our rates were much lower.
