General issues with the plan

My first issue is with the name. Clarence Valley or River and now we have WAY! It's all a bit confusing. What about Clarence River Valley?
The following points should be considered -
Chapter 6 - all the planning issues and methodology quickly dampened my initial enthusiasm, not to mention the repetition.
B 5.1 - I like the idea of the shade trees along the river in Yamba!
River Access - there are many parcels of Crown Land that front the river. See the Clarence River Foreshore Reserves document. It was prepared by the Grafton Lands office in the late 80's. read more
