How can this building be best used for environmental purposes and the community?

I like that this space will be available for community groups. I hope that Council will not be judgemental about the 'eco credentials' of groups and businesses wanting to use the space. Providing local space for small businesses and groups is socially very sustainable in this expensive city and that should be enough.

I would like to see eco downlights, water tanks, panels etc in use so i can see how they work. This will give me more confidnece to buy the product. Also is there a compost toilet that could be use? Are there are compost bins planned for the site?So if there was a self guided walk through section this would help people make better choices.
