MALVERN AVENUE / HAVILAH STREET

The northern side of Malvern Avenue Chatswood (nos 1 – 21 along with 103 Archer Street) and the western side of Havilah Street Chatswood (nos 2-32) are proposed to be zoned R2 Low Density Residential with a special provision allowing the use of the houses as medical centres and office premises (which is not normally permissible within the R2 zone). 

As an alternative to this proposal, do you think these properties should be rezoned for three storey commercial as a transitional zone between the Chatswood town centre and the North Chatswood residential area?
