Part B of the Operational Plan provides a complete listing of all Council Fees and Charges for 2009-2010..
Council delivers many important projects each year. Do you have any comments on the projects or services which Council is proposing for 2009-2010? Are there any Council projects or services that should be delivered in a different way?

I feel the operational plan makes sense in all regards. The only issue i have is why, in this time of environmental awareness and when looking at the councils own statement of environmental sustainability, is the money for anything environmental coming only from reserves or grant and not yet made it far enough into the system to be paid for out of general revenue. It needs to become the priority. Whether one believes in climate change or not, without an environment we have nothing!
