Vision - "the friendliest towards cyclists of any shire in NSW'
Not bad as a vision but that isn't a very high bar. Could we go fo Australia or for providing facilities equal to European standards?

A mission statement from the WSC web site is;
"To make the Shire a better place in which to live".
Cycleways are adding value here.
I feel a marketing statement is more appropriate than a vision. You need to sell our shire and what you are doing.
"Wingecarrbee - we care for our cyclists".
