What kind of place would you like Springwood to be in 20 years time?

Will Springwood have its own identity? What will the streetscape look like?

Springwood to reflect it's "Green" name:

- Not Characterised by malls (not another hyperdome, garden city). Designs similar to Portal Office Park

- Greater Springwood nationally (& internationally??) renown for "Green" urban and commercial designs. Buildings that powered by green energy, water collecting, storage and use, use of trees amongst and around buildings, use of green transport.

- Springwood park facelift similar to Roma St parklands with pedestrian access from busway.

- Underground power to remove power poles from streets

- A place for families, couples, groups to enjoy a choice of casual night out dining, entertainment (boutique cinema?)

- AVOID the traditional "Mall" design with Crazy Clarks type shops, fast food outlets etc
