Which days of the week would best suit these particular locations?

The suggested one day a week for a free bus service would have limited impact in terms of increasing public transport usage in Willoughby City. The alternative proposal put forward under the query on locations to be served (a regular loop service with feeder mini-buses ferrying passengers to and from interchange points on a 'dial-a'ride' basis)would need to operate on a daily basis - preferably 7 days, but at least week days - to be effective.

one day per week would be very limiting....perhaps daily am and pm(afternoon) service. twice per day initially to establish it. possibility of expanding depending on demand.

If only one day per week was available Tuesday would be a good day. Even more beneficial would be two loops on that day - one in the morning an another in the afternoon. this would give passengers the opportunity to do shopping.

I was waiting for the Artarmon Loop today, and over the course of an hour I observed people come, wait at the bus stop, and then go get on the train. The bus didn't come, because it's a public holiday.

I would think perhaps the off peak service could continue to run on public holidays, as there are even more people out and about on their extra day off (scratching the peak service because there are fewer people going to work makes sense).

Regardless, it would be nice to see a sign of some sort (like the temporary signs used for rail busses, perhaps) that indicates whether the bus will or will not be running on public holidays in future.

Failing that, some mention on the website of weather the service will be operational could be helpful.
