Willoughby Sustainable House
This consultation has concluded. You can still browse the site but the discussion area will no longer accept new comments or votes.
Willoughby City Council is currently planning a sustainable renovation of 34 Devonshire Street, Chatswood, and we are seeking your input.
The purpose of the building is to provide space for community groups out of business hours, and office space which will be available for lease.
A secondary aim of the renovation is to showcase effective sustainable design, to significantly reduce water and energy use. This building will provide examples of measures which can be undertaken in residential homes and office buildings.
Council has engaged an architect to develop concept drawings which can be found in the Document Library to the right.
